We discovered the problem on a Thursday and he was there Friday morning to assess and start the remediation. The work required tearing down a wall in my office. Not only am I highly allergic to mold, but this is where I run my business. Art and his team were careful and meticulous, and two days later I was back in operation! I would highly recommend Premium Maintenance Service Corporation. Art was fabulous! He was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He went above & beyond. He came out to my house several times to check on things and help me find solutions to my mold issues that were not too costly.

We had an issue with mold in the home we are renting, luckily I found Premuim Maintnence Service Corp. After a quick assessment of the situation, Art and his crew came and took care of everything. From sealing the leaking walls to killing and treating the mold, even helping to install the dehumidifier to keep moisture in the air under control. The crew was great and friendly, they were also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this company we can’t say enough about them!

Art was great, took the time to really explain what needed to be done and didn’t try to oversell me as many companies in this industry would considering I have very limited knowledge as a first time homeowner. The 3rd party mold assessor (Per NYS Law) gave a price range of how much the work would cost, and Art erred on the low side of this price range. My home inspection showed some mold in the crawlspace and some surface mold on the ceiling in parts of the loft. He was the highest rated remediator in the area on yelp, so i gave him a call and we were able to set up an appointment almost right away. He didnt try to overcharge me or do anything above what was necessary/efficient.

Nice guy, very professional, always arrived on time as expected, very responsive, and followed covid protocols. Once we were done, he gave me a bunch of recommendations on what I could do going forward to ensure the problem does not come back, related to insulation, insulating pipes, and a dehumidifier, and still made himself available for follow up questions related to these. Really good, smooth experience from initial consult til post mold remediation. A week later, I had a different contractor here related to a completely different issue, and they complimented his work in the crawlspace. I’d recommend Art and his team to anyone in the area who needs a mold remediator. And add a few bonus points cause my dog LOVED him.
