Anyone who has ever had a mold issue (or even the suggestion of one) in their home–knows how complex and anxiety-ridden the process of determining the correct course of action can be. After having a number of people examine the basement in my 150 yr old farmhouse–and receiving an array of confusing and conflicting opinions–I had the good fortune of being referred to Art from Premium Maintenance Service. Art traveled over and hour to inspect my basement (at no cost). He took a look around and promptly informed me that I was NOT in need of his–or anyone else’s – professional services to remediate what turned out to be a minor amount of mold. He explained exactly what I needed to do…evaluating the situation clearly and in terms readily understandable to a lay person such as myself. A few days later…still anxious that I was making the correct decisions–I braced myself and called him again..He spent an hour on the phone with me–further discussing my problem,reassuring me,-and giving me simple and clear tools to resolve the issue.
