Art and his team were fantastic. Personable, friendly, extremely hard-working, and very efficient. They took a very difficult basement and made it very clean and mold-free. I actually enjoyed working with Art and his team and felt they took very good care of us. I trusted his judgment completely. And I totally recommend him and his business for anyone who needs this kind of work done. He went out of his way to accommodate us.

Art was amazing to work with! He was so personable, honest and helpful! It is a family owned business that delivered on the promised reasonable price. He was helping me with my elderly aunt and because of his amazing work I no longer worry about her health and safety! He helped with a massive job in our basement and I can not recommend him enough!

Truly outstanding service, skills, and speed. Art and his amazing team of folks swooped in, helped the process make sense, offered a clear and transparent plan and quote, and did a remarkable job! It was a wildly efficient process. They got all the bad stuff removed, cleaned up, and sealed up remaining structures. Really pleased and I deeply appreciate such a positive home maintenance experience. This was an above average project at a fair price. Thanks Art and all involved.

Art and his guys are the best! From start to finish, Art was responsive, quick to get here, quick to dry out my attic and treat the mold, and just all around pleasant to deal with. Every step of the process was explained in advance, and the whole ordeal was stress-free once they got involved. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with Art and his professional staff. After an evaluation of the mold problem, the cleanup was performed efficiently. They were very helpful in reorganizing our basement storage. The result is a cleaner, more healthful environment in our home. We were able to remain in the home while the work was done with minimal disruption to our daily routine. We highly recommend Premium Maintenance Service Corp.
